An application for designation of a landmark or a landmark site pursuant to § 80-501A of this chapter, or for relief pursuant to Articles VI or IX of this chapter, or for a permit pursuant to Articles VII or VIII of this chapter, shall be submitted to the Building Department and accompanied by an application fee as provided in Chapter A142, Schedule of Fees, of the Code, and a deposit as provided in Chapter A142 of the Code, to defray expenses incurred by the Village in the processing of the application. Any application made by the Board of Trustees or the Commission, on its own motion, shall require no fee or deposit.
