[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Victor as indicated
in article histories. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Town of Victor policy for snowplowing shall include both residential
and nonresidential roads that are intended to be dedicated, where developers
are in the process of constructing the development and/or residences are occupied
or businesses operating, to assure the necessary access to the development
during construction and prior to dedication at a cost to the developer as
outlined above.[1]
This policy shall be added to Part I, the Administrative Legislation/Policy,
portion of the Victor Town Code.
All fees will be reviewed on an annual basis.[1]

Prior to the Town Board entering into an agreement with any developer,
regardless of the situation, the Town Engineer and Town Highway Superintendent's
recommendations to do the same are required.
