Any person who holds a Class B victualer liquor
license and is convicted of a crime involving the unlawful possession
or sale of an illegal drug, as defined by the General Laws of the
State of Rhode Island, shall forthwith be notified to appear at a
hearing to be held before the City of Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners
for the purpose of determining whether or not said license should
be suspended or revoked.
Any firm, corporation, partnership or individual
which holds a Class B victualer liquor license shall, upon the arrest
and conviction of a person on said licensed premises for the unlawful
possession or sale of an illegal drug as defined by the General Laws
of the State of Rhode Island, be notified forthwith to appear at a
hearing to be held before the City of Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners
for the purpose of determining whether or not said license should
be suspended or revoked.
