[Adopted 4-3-1913 (Sec. 3-7 of the 1985 Code of Ordinances)]
Any person who shall be intoxicated, so as to amount to a violation of decency, shall upon conviction thereof be fined not more than $20 or be imprisoned not exceeding 10 days.[1]
