A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any
type of motor vehicle on Bass Lane, Scapa Flow Road, Skagerrak Road,
Tarpon Lane and Tautog Lane, so-called, within the Town of Charlestown
at a speed in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour.
B.
Any person violating said speed limit shall pay a
fine as determined by the Municipal Court.
