Application for subdivision approval shall be made pursuant to the ordinance
entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Passaic Establishing a Planning Board
and a Zoning Board of Adjustment Pursuant to the Provisions of Chapter 291
of the Laws of New Jersey 1975, Providing for the Powers of Said Boards and
Fixing the Procedures Governing Applications to Said Boards and Appeals Therefrom"
and more commonly known as the "Procedures Ordinance."[1]
