In the case of an application for subdivision approval that involves
a planned development as defined in the Passaic Zoning Ordinance[1] and the Municipal Land Use Law, the regulations pertaining to planned developments found in Article IX of the Passaic Zoning Ordinance shall supersede the requirements of this chapter.
