are derived from Sec. 2-158, Ch. 2, of the former Revised Ordinance,
adopted 2-9-1970 by Ord. No. 15274.
The City hereby declares its intention of securing
compensation to its injured employees under the Workers' Compensation
Law by becoming self-insuring under the terms of Subdivision 3 of
§ 50 of said law.
