The Town of Old Lyme hereby adopts the State Building Code and declares that said code shall regulate the design, construction and use of buildings and structures to be erected and the alteration of buildings or structures already erected in the Town of Old Lyme after the effective date hereof and shall be known as the "Old Lyme Building Code." Said State Building Code is that shown by three copies of the State Building Code which were filed with the Town Clerk for public examination on September 19, 1968.
The fees payable to the Town of Old Lyme for permits issued under the Old Lyme Building Code shall be set by the Board of Selectmen.[2]
