Sleeping in a parked car, truck or motor vehicle or using such vehicle for sleeping quarters on any street, highway, road, lane, or alleyway or on any public parking place in the Town of Old Lyme is prohibited, as also sleeping or making one's bed on any public grounds, beach, park, street, highway, road, lane, alleyway or other outdoor place given to the public use in the Town of Old Lyme is prohibited.
For each violation of this article, each offender shall be punished by a fine of $50.

No person shall dress or undress or change from bathing suit to street clothes, or from street clothes to bathing suit, on any highway or in any public place, or in any automobile, bus or other type of commercial vehicle on any highway or in any public place.
Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be fined not more than $90.
