Unless another penalty is expressly provided
by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of a
provision of this chapter or any supplement thereto shall be liable
to a penalty of not more than $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 90
days, or both, and each day that such a violation exists shall constitute
a separate offense and be punishable by such fine or imprisonment,
or both.
