No person shall, between the hours of sunset on Saturday and sunrise on Monday, take, either by tonging, dredging or otherwise, any oysters from the waters of the Housatonic River or Long Island Sound adjacent to or within the territorial limits of the Town, including all creeks, inlets or estuaries tributary thereto.
Any person guilty of a violation of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $25.
