As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
All those enclosed places which provide facilities for physical
activity and include, but are not limited to, archery, billiards,
bowling, basketball, handball, target shooting, tennis and wrestling.
A.
All persons operating indoor recreation establishments
shall maintain their facilities in proper working order while taking
all steps necessary to minimize the possibility of an accident or
physical harm befalling any participant.
B.
All indoor recreation establishments within the City
shall provide any and all safety equipment and conditions deemed necessary
by the Public Officer.
