A.
No person may use, or possess with the primary intent
to use, drug paraphernalia to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest,
manufacture, compound, convert, produce, process, prepare, test, analyze,
pack, repack, store, contain, conceal, inject, ingest, inhale or otherwise
introduce into the human body a controlled substance in violation of Chapter
961, Wis. Stats. Any person who violates this section is subject to a forfeiture
of not more than $500.

Section 961.573 (Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of drug paraphernalia), Section
961.574 (Drug Paraphernalia, manufacture or delivery of drug paraphernalia),
Section 961.575 (Drug Paraphernalia, Delivery of drug paraphernalia to a minor),
and Section 961.576 (Drug Paraphernalia, Advertisement of drug paraphernalia)
are hereby adopted by reference, including amendments thereto as may be adopted
from time to time.
