A public amusement which customarily is moved from one community
to another to which admission may be had by payment of a fee, admission
charge or other consideration. It does not include shows conducted
for educational, religious, civic or charitable organizations where
the proceeds are devoted to the purposes of the organization.
The license fee for transient shows shall be
as set by the Village Board per day.
