Any person, firm, corporation, individual, company, partnership or legal entity of whatsoever nature or kind who or which shall violate the following sections of the State Fire Prevention Code and/or the Fire Prevention Code of the City of Hagerstown shall be guilty of a municipal infraction and subject to the following fines for a first offense. All maximum fines shall double for a second or subsequent offense.
