of Ch. 28 of the 1976 Code[1]]
There is hereby created the position of Code
Enforcement Officer for the City of Margate City.
[Amended 11-11-1976 by Ord. No. 950; 1-25-1988 by Ord. No. 1988-1]
The salary of Code Enforcement Officer shall
be as set forth in the annual Salary Ordinance.
The term of office of the Code Enforcement Officer
is hereby fixed at one year from the date of his appointment.
