The fee for a license to sell goods, wares or merchandise at public auction or to conduct the business of an auctioneer in the village shall be as provided in Chapter A350, Fees, for each and every place wherein such sale by auction is held or conducted.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall apply to judicial sales or sales by executors or administrators, by trustees under deeds of assignment, by lienors, by attorneys at law or by public officers in the manner prescribed by law.
