No person shall willfully give a false alarm of fire.
No person shall tamper, meddle or interfere with any station or signal box of the fire alarm system or willfully break, injure, destroy or disturb any wires, poles or other supports or appliances connected with or forming part of the fire alarm telegraph system or any auxiliary fire appliance.

It shall be required that all new construction or reconstruction of sleeping areas provide a minimum of one fire detector adjacent to the sleeping area (hallway), with the electrical fire detector installed in a permanent electrical circuit with no switches between the detector and power source.
