[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Massapequa
Park 5-13-1996 as L.L. No. 7-1996. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Any business or commercial use within the Incorporated Village of Massapequa
Park which is located in a residential zone or within two hundred (200) feet
of a residential zone shall not conduct its business prior to 6:00 a.m. nor
later than 12:00 midnight on any day.
The provisions of this chapter shall not affect the right of any business
in existence on the effective date hereto, provided that such business shall
actually operate prior to 6:00 a.m. and/or after 12:00 midnight on such effective
date.
