There is hereby established the position of Municipal Court Administrator
for the Municipal Court of the Borough of Netcong.
The Municipal Court Administrator shall have, possess and exercise all
of the powers, functions and duties which are or may be conferred by law and
the applicable Rules of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
The Municipal Court Administrator shall be paid a salary as fixed and
adopted by the Borough Council in the annual salary resolution within the
guidelines established in the Borough's salary ordinance.
A.
Deputy Municipal Court Clerks may be nominated and, with
the advice and consent of the Borough Council, appointed by the Mayor for
one-year terms.
B.
In the absence of the Municipal Court Administrator,
the Deputy Municipal Court Clerk so appointed shall have all of the powers
and duties of the Municipal Court Administrator.
