The Township Committee is hereby designated as the administrative authority.
All permits shall be issued for a one-year period commencing on April 1 in each year and terminating on March 31, except that permits issued after the first day of April shall expire on the 31st day of March and accordingly shall be issued for a period of less than one year. Due to initial administrative costs, there shall be a first-year charge of $400 for a permit, which fee shall accompany the application. Thereafter, the annual charge shall be $100 per year payable at the time application for renewal is made, which application shall be made no later than December 15 of the expiring year. There shall be an annual charge of $100 for a permit, which fee shall accompany the application. The license fee is expressly declared to be imposed for revenue. No person shall have a vested right in a renewal application being granted. There shall be no reduction in fee for a permit issued for a period of less than one year.
The Township Committee, Zoning Officer or their designees are hereby authorized to make inspections to determine whether the Code of the Township of Weymouth is being violated and may enter into any campground to make any inspection.
No person shall occupy as owner or occupant, or rent to another for occupancy any camp dwelling, as well as its facilities, for the purpose of living therein which does not conform to the provisions of the Code of the Township of Weymouth.
For violation of any provision of this chapter, the penalties as set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, General Penalty, shall apply.
