The Department of Community Affairs of the State of New Jersey
is hereby authorized to be the State Uniform Construction Code Enforcing
Agency for Weymouth Township. The Township Committee is authorized
to adopt such resolutions to cooperate with and implement enforcement
of the code and subcode provisions as are necessary.
