A certain document, one copy of which is on file in the office of the Borough Secretary of the Borough of Tullytown, being marked and designated as the International Plumbing Code, including Appendix chapters, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the code of Tullytown Borough for regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, additional to, use or maintenance of plumbing systems in Tullytown Borough and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such International Plumbing Code, 2009 Edition, published by the International Code Council, on file in the office of Tullytown Borough are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this article, as amendment to Tullytown Code § 65-14 et seq.
The International Plumbing Code (2009) is hereby revised as follows:
A. 
Section 101.1 Insert: "Tullytown Borough."
101.1 Title. These regulations shall be known as the International Plumbing Code of Tullytown Borough, hereinafter referred to as "this code."
B. 
Section 106.6.2 is hereby amended to read as follows:
106.6.2 Fee Schedule. A fee for each permit shall be paid as required in accordance with the fee schedule established by Tullytown Borough.
C. 
Section 106.6.3.2: Insert "50%."
D. 
Section 106.6.3.3: Insert "50%."
E. 
Section 108.4 Insert: "Summary offense; $1,000; 90 days."
F. 
Section 108.5 Insert: "$100; $1,000."
G. 
Section 305.6.1 Insert: "18 inches; 18 inches."
H. 
Section 904.1 Insert: "12 inches."
Nothing in this article or in the Plumbing Code hereby adopted shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding pending in court, or any rights acquired, or any cause or causes of action acquired or existing, under any act or ordinance hereby repealed; nor shall any just or legal right or remedy of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this article.
