A certain document, one copy of which is on file in the office of the Borough Secretary of the Borough of Tullytown, being marked and designated as the International Residential Code (2009), as published by the International Code Council, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the Residential Building Code of the Borough of Tullytown, County of Bucks, in the State of Pennsylvania: for the control of building and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Building Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this article, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 65-18 of this article, as amendment to Tullytown Code § 65-17 et seq.
The following portions of the International Residential Code (2009) are hereby revised:
A. 
Section 101.1 Insert: "Tullytown Borough."
Nothing in this article or in the Building Code hereby adopted shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding pending in court, or any rights acquired, or any cause or causes of action acquired or existing, under any act or ordinance hereby repealed; nor shall any just or legal right or remedy of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this article.
