The proper Municipal officials are hereby authorized and empowered
to form and establish a nonprofit corporation known as the "Monroeville
Foundation."
The proper Municipal officials shall be authorized to execute
any and all documents necessary to form and establish said nonprofit
corporation and perfect and file whatever documents are necessary
with local, state and federal agencies concerning the creation of
said nonprofit corporation.
Attached hereto and made part of this article are the Articles
of Incorporation and bylaws to be enacted by said nonprofit corporation
as part of its creation.[1],[2]

Editor's Note: Former Art. II, Monroeville Growth Alliance,
adopted 9-14-2004 by Ord. No. 2306, consisting of §§ 33-4
through 33-6, which immediately followed this section, was repealed
3-11-2008 by Ord. No. 2417, which ordinance further authorized Municipal
officials to execute any related necessary documents.
