In every one- and two-family dwelling, within 30 days after
title transfer or change of occupancy, a product of combustion detection
shall be installed.
Such products of combustion detection shall contain the Underwriters'
Laboratories, Inc., listing seal and be installed in accordance with
National Fire Protection Standard Number 74.
