A. 
The taking of wild game/fish of any species and the sale or offer to sell of any species of wild game/fish, regardless of how obtained, within the exterior boundaries of the Menominee Reservation is expressly prohibited. Any tribal member who engages in such prohibited activity shall be charged with violation of this article and shall be subjected to penalty as provided below.

B. 
Penalty. Violation of this section shall, upon conviction, result in the following:
(1) 
First conviction: fine of $250 and publication of violator's name in the Tribal News.
(2) 
Second conviction: fine of $500 and publication of violator's name in the Tribal News.
(3) 
Third and succeeding convictions: same as Subsection B(2).
A. 
The attempt to extend or the extension of rights in the taking of wild game/fish, Menominee Constitution, Article IX, to a non-tribal member by a tribal member is expressly prohibited and shall subject such tribal member to penalty as provided for below. Attempt or extension shall include, but shall not be limited to, escorting, guiding, or assisting in any way a person in the taking of wild game/fish.
B. 
Penalty. Violation of this section shall, upon conviction, result in a fine of $500.
