Persons in possession of alarm systems intended
to elicit a response from law enforcement personnel or fire department
personnel shall pay to the Kenosha City/County Joint Services Board
a charge per each false alarm responded to by such personnel according
to the following schedule:
All businesses located on lands owned by the
United States in trust for the Menominee Indian Tribe that are located
in Kenosha County shall be responsible for payment of surcharges on
their telephone bills for the purpose of funding the 911 system. Such
businesses shall connect to the 911 system in cooperation with the
Kenosha City/County Joint Services Board.
This article shall apply to lands owned by the
United States in trust for the Menominee Indian Tribe that are located
in Kenosha County, Wisconsin.
