A. 
There shall be an Office of Tax Assessing which shall be under the supervision and control of the Tax Assessor, who shall, by virtue of such office, be responsible for fulfilling those duties imposed by Title 54 of the Revised Statutes and other appropriate law.
B. 
The Office of Tax Assessor shall be subject to such general administrative procedures and requirements as are departments of the municipal government as provided by N.J.S.A. 40:69A-43(a).

The Township Council shall appoint a Municipal Auditor for a term of one year. The Auditor shall be a registered municipal accountant of the State of New Jersey and shall undertake an annual audit of the municipality's accounts and financial transactions as required by law and shall perform such other duties and responsibilities as may from time to time be assigned by the Mayor or the Township Council.
There is hereby created the office of Township Physician. The Township Physician shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve for a term of one year and shall perform those functions and duties as may from time to time be assigned by the Mayor.
