Editor's Note: Former Art. XIV, Department of Utilities, was
repealed 2-13-2023 by Ord. No. 23-02. This ordinance also redesignated
former Arts. XV and XVI as Arts. XIV and XV, respectively.

The Municipal Court as heretofore established
and empowered pursuant to law is continued within the Department of
Law. The Judge of the Municipal Court shall be appointed by the Mayor
with the advice and consent of Council for such term as shall be provided
by law.
