The Municipal Court Administrator is hereby
permitted to file orders for judgment for bail bonds that have been
forfeited by defendants in Municipal Court cases.
A.
A filing fee of $25 is hereby established for the
filing of the order of judgment, said fee to be paid by the Township
through the Office of the Municipal Court Administrator.
B.
The filing fee must accompany the motion for forfeiture
at the time the Municipal Court Judge enters the judgment.
C.
The Municipal Court Administrator and the Chief Financial
Officer are hereby permitted to issue the filing fee amount prior
to the Township Council approving such amount, provided that in no
case shall the amounts aggregate in excess of $1,000.
