[Adopted by Ord. No. 00-011 (Sec. 2-72 of the 1996 Revised General Ordinances)]
The purpose of this article is to establish vendor and activity fees for events sponsored by the Township of Manchester.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
ACTIVITIES FEES
Fees charged by the Township to those persons who use entertainment and activities approved by the Township such as amusements, rides, caricatures, and games.
CRAFT VENDORS
Those who sell items approved by the Township other than food which are handcrafted or manufactured for sale to the general public.
FOOD VENDORS
Those who sell food and drink items approved by the Township.
NONPROFIT INFORMATION SERVICES
Those agencies or organizations approved by the Township to disseminate information regarding their organization or agency.

Vendor and activity fees shall be established by resolution for Manchester Township-sponsored events.[1]

Items for sale, exhibit or display that require approval according to this article shall be submitted for approval at the time of the registration and payment of fee to the Township.
