There is hereby established a fee for each property
change request received by the Township of Manchester.
[Amended 2-11-2013 by Ord. No. 13-002]
A fee of $350 per each property change request
form shall be paid to the Municipal Clerk at the time the request
is submitted.
[Amended 5-26-2015 by Ord. No. 15-006]
The aforesaid fee shall apply to all property
change requests received for purchase of Township-owned land, sale
of land to the Township, and other requests involving the transfer
of ownership or title to land which the Township receives and subject
to review of the Township Attorney and the Township Engineer.
