[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I)]
The Village of Stewart Manor does hereby establish the position
of Associate Parking Enforcement Officer for the purpose of enforcing
such ordinances and resolutions relating to metered parking and restrictions
on parking.
Said Associate Parking Enforcement Officers who may be appointed
from time to time are hereby empowered, subject to the direction of
the Mayor and the Village Clerk of the Village of Stewart Manor, to
issue summonses for any violation of all ordinances and resolutions
relating to metered parking and restricted parking.
