The following fees and charges are hereby established. In connection with all applications to the Board of Trustees concerning the construction and erection of cellular towers or telecommunications equipment, the applicant shall be required to pay a license fee of $1,000 and an application filing fee of $200, plus the following costs and expenses which may be incurred by the Village in processing the application:
A. 
Advertising.
B. 
Engineering consultant costs.
C. 
Reasonable legal fees.
