A.
The Town Board of the Town of Oneonta does hereby adopt the state
environmental quality review regulations and directs their use by
the governing board and departments, officers, agencies and boards
in the Town of Oneonta.
B.
The Town Board may, from time to time, by resolution, adopt or amend
such regulations as may be necessary or required to implement the
provisions of this chapter.
The Town Board of the Town of Oneonta shall be responsible for
assuring compliance with these regulations in all direct actions undertaken
by the municipality.

A.
Responsibility of the Planning Board. For entitlement actions, the
Planning Board of the Town of Oneonta shall be responsible for assuring
compliance with these regulations with regard to actions requiring
approval, such as subdivision approvals and site plan approvals.
B.
Responsibility of the Zoning Board of Appeals. For entitlement action,
the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Oneonta shall be responsible
for assuring compliance with these regulations with regard to actions
requiring approval, such as variances and special use permits.
