The town is also authorized to issue an order to cease and desist
and direct those persons not complying with the prohibitions, limits,
requirements or provisions of this Part 1 or the wastewater discharge
permit to:
The town may revoke any wastewater discharge permit or terminate
or cause to be terminated wastewater service to any premises if a
violation of any provision of this Part 1 is found to exist or if
a discharge of wastewater causes or threatens to cause a condition
of contamination or pollution as defined in this Part 1.

This Part 1 shall be modified to include provisions as approved
by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation for
industrial wastes upon the location of industry within the West End
Sewer District when the same contributes industrial flows to the sewer
system.
