After a snowfall of 2 1/2 inches or more in accumulation
it shall be unlawful for any person, except a physician on an emergency,
to park any vehicle upon any street or highway within the limits of
the Town unless such vehicle is attended by a person capable of legally
operating such vehicle. The owner or operator of any such vehicle
standing in such street or highway shall move or cause to be moved
such vehicle so as not to impede the operation of the snow removal
equipment and forces. Such prohibition of parking shall commence at
12:01 a.m. daily and shall continue until such snow removal has been
completed on the street or highway.

It shall be unlawful for any person to stand, stop or park any
vehicle upon a street or alley, except when necessary to avoid conflict
with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police
officer or traffic control device, in any of the following places:
B. In front of a public or private driveway.
C. Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.
E. Within 30 feet of the approach to any stop sign located at the side
of a roadway.
F. Alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction when such
stopping, standing or parking would obstruct traffic.
G. In the road next to any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or
curb of a street.
H. Upon any bridge or elevated structure upon a highway.
I. At any place where official signs prohibit stopping, standing or
parking.
J. On or in a private driveway so as to obstruct the driveway when the
rightful owner or tenant is hindered, impeded or prevented from entering
or exiting his driveway. Upon conviction, any person so charged shall
be liable, in addition to any penalty set forth below, for the reasonable
and normal cost of removing his motor vehicle in order to vacate the
driveway in which he was unlawfully parked.
K. Within 20 feet of any intersection.
L. In a designated loading zone.
N. In a handicapped zone without a designated permit.
O. In a direction other than the direction of the closest lane of traffic.
P. On a public road after a snowfall of 2 1/2 inches not yet cleared.
