No storage of any kind shall be permitted within any mechanical equipment, electrical, furnace, or boiler room.
A. 
Propane, natural gas, and charcoal barbecue grills shall not be located for use within or upon any room or space of a building, or upon any porch, balcony or any other portion of a building, or within five feet laterally of any building wall or overhang. Barbecue grills shall not be stored within five feet laterally of any building wall or overhang.

Exception: one- and two-family detached owner-occupied dwellings.
B. 
Responsibility. Condominium associations, homeowner associations, property managers, and/or owners of residential complexes and common areas shall be required to actively pursue compliance with this requirement as their routine control over such common areas through notices, newsletters, and enforcement of their own rules and regulations.
Provisions for secondary containment of spills or leaks shall be provided for all storage tanks, vessels, or containers containing flammable, combustible, or other hazardous liquids exceeding five gallons in quantity within any building or on any premises. Containment structure or device shall hold 115% of the capacity of the tank, vessel, or container. Containment shall be constructed of materials that are compatible to and impermeable by the liquid contained within the tank or container.
