A. 
Upon petition to the Planning Board, after a duly advertised public hearing upon such petition, to amend the filed plat lot lines, the Planning Board may approve, modify and approve or disapprove such lot line change based upon the necessity or circumstances presented, along with the overall development, neighborhood character, topographic and natural features of the land and other factors stated herein for subdivision design.
B. 
Each petition shall be accompanied by a filing fee of $500, along with supporting maps or drawings that shall be required by the Planning Department.
