The Commissioners of Ridgely wish to enter the Employees Contributory
Pension System (ECPS) effective July 1, 2005, and the Alternate Contributory
Pension Selection Plan effective June 4, 2007, of the State of Maryland
and abide by all rules and regulations associated with its membership.
The Commissioners of Ridgely upon adoption request that the
Clerk/Treasurer ensure a copy of this chapter is hereby forwarded
to the Employees Contributory Pension System (ECPS) and Alternate
Contributory Pension Plan of the State of Maryland to initiate the
Town’s enrollment.
