It shall be unlawful to ride minibikes, motor-powered dirt bikes or
motor-powered scooters on any town street, sidewalk or public property, including
parks, within the town limits of Ridgely.

Any person or persons violating any provision of this article, upon
conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a municipal infraction.
