The position of Town Historian is hereby established.
The Commissioners may appoint a person to the position of Town Historian
by resolution.
The term of office for the Town Historian shall be for one year.
The Town Historian shall perform all duties imposed on him by resolution
of the Commissioners of Ridgely and by law.
