A.
Pursuant
to the Rhode Island General Laws, the rental usage or fees for any
fire hydrant within the City of Pawtucket shall not be the responsibility
of the City of Pawtucket but, rather, shall be the responsibility
of the Pawtucket water ratepayers to the Pawtucket Water Supply Board.
B.
The responsibility
for the Pawtucket water ratepayers to pay said rental usage or fees
shall commence with fees coming due beginning on January 1, 2012 and
upon notice to the Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission of this
article's passage.
