[HISTORY: Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Markesan
as Ch. 12, Secs. 12.04 and 12.15, of the 1991 Municipal Code. Amendments
noted where applicable.]
No person shall sell soda water beverages in the City without
first obtaining a license from the Clerk-Treasurer. The provisions
of § 66.0433(2), Wis. Stats., are hereby adopted and made
a part of this chapter by reference.

The license fee shall be per year or fractional part thereof,
in an amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Common
Council.
Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or any order, rule or regulation made hereunder shall be subject to a forfeiture as provided in § 1-3 of the Code of the City of Markesan.
