Each developer/contractor shall be responsible for the performance
of its subcontractors in the implementation of the provisions of this
chapter during the performance of the contract.
Whenever a developer/contractor subcontracts a portion of the
work on a project, the subcontract shall bind the subcontractor to
the obligations contained in this chapter to the full extent as if
he/she were the developer/contractor. Furthermore, the developer/contractor
must include a provision in all contracts with subcontractors to ensure
compliance with all other conditions included herein, as well as with
the New Jersey Executive Order 21 and N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 through 10:2-4,
the President's Executive Order No. 11246 (CFR 12319-25), N.J.S.A.
10:5-31 et seq. and Chapter 127 of the Public Laws of 1975.
