A. 
No person shall obstruct, interfere with or impede, directly or indirectly, vehicular traffic upon the streets of the City.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to reserve or attempt to reserve a parking space, or prevent any vehicle from parking on a public street through his/her presence in the roadway, the use of hand signals, or by placing any box, can, crate, handcart, chair, cone or trash can or any other object, including street markings or signs in the roadway.
C. 
The provisions of Subsections A and B of § 573-18 shall be enforceable by the Camden County Police Department, as necessary. Subsection B of § 573-18 shall also be enforceable by the City of Camden Parking Authority, as necessary.
Penalties against persons violating Subsection B of § 573-18 shall be no more than $25 for a first violation and no more than $50 for a second violation. For third and subsequent violations of Subsection B of § 573-18 and for all violations of Subsection A of § 573-18, penalties against persons shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, Article II, § 1-15.
