The curbing along any street or alley in the Borough shall have
a minimum height of four inches from the top of the paved surface
of the street or alley to the top of the curb.
All construction of curbing along any street or alley shall
meet the specifications of the engineer or other person designated
by Council and the construction shall be subject to the approval of
the engineer or other authorized person.
The construction of all curbing shall be of concrete unless
otherwise permitted by the engineer or other authorized person appointed
by Council.
