The fueling of boats at the Town of Newfane marina docks is
prohibited under all circumstances.
Any violation by persons who lease a dock at the marina shall
result in the immediate termination of such lease and the removal
of the boat from the marina docks.
Violation of this chapter shall be a violation and, upon conviction,
shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $250, in addition to termination
of the boat dock lease.
